One serving of fresh herb tincture typically provides tinctures* of:

Wild Yam Root (discorea spp.) 250mg

* extracted in alcohol 50% by volume.

Recommended use
0.5ml (or 10 drops), up to six times per day. Shake well before use. To dissipate alcohol, if required, put recommended amount into 120ml of hot water and leave for 3-5 minutes.
