1. Stand with your feet slightly wider than your shoulders. 2. Put one hand on your right hip and with the left hand raise it above your head. 3. Then when ready slowly lean over towards your right side. 4. Make sure your knees are not locked into place. 5. Do not lean too far over only enough to feel a gentle stretch.
