1. Stand with feet shoulder width apart. 2. Move your right arm up as if you are touching your shoulder blade with it. 3. Use your other hand to hold the back of the arm. Don't force it too far back but far enough back to feel the pull in your upper arm. 4. Keep looking forward throughout the move.
