1 tsp of Olive Oil
black pepper
350g of cubed boneless lamb
1 Clove of Garlic
1 Green Pepper
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 small onion
1 tsp of oregano
0.5 tsp of Thyme
2 fresh tomatoes
1.
Put the lamb, onions and peppers into a
glass bowl.
2. To make the marinade mix oil, lemon juice,
garlic, pepper, thyme and oregano in a bowl.
3. Pour over the lamb and vegetables and
leave to marinate for 3 hours.
4. Thread the lamb and vegetables onto skewers.
5. Barbeque for about 12 minutes basting
with the remaining marinade
