Recover serves two purposes. The first is as a superior
recovery drink after training. The second is as a unique meal replacement
system for the dedicated endurance athlete, such as marathon runners, long

Recover is comprised of the finest complex carbs, Biomax
high performance protein powder and MCT's, (the only fat that provides the

Recover is based on the latest research by the University of Birmingham,
that shows the ratio of carbs to protein of 3:1, provides far better
recovery and glycogen replenishment after intense training than plain
carbohydrates drinks.
Recover contains an exclusive combination of Potassium
and Magnesium Phosphates which have been shown extensively in research to
not only increase VO2 max, endurance and recovery, but when combined with

Recommended use:
