A cactus like plant, it thrives in a warm dry climate. The Aloe gel is extracted from the leaf tip.

There are many different species of Aloe, growing mainly in Asia, Europe, America and Africa. Most commercial products containing Aloe vera use Barbadensis Miller, which is the best source of Aloe. This plant has the most positive healing properties.

The gel extracted from the Aloe vera plant has antibiotic and skin healing capabilities. The plant leaf is full of nutrients, minerals, amino acids and vitamins.
