Great for providing added resistance in weight training, power walking and fitness exercising. The 20lb set comes with 40 individual weights and the 40lb with 80 individual weights. Both are adjustable in 1/2 increments. Contoured fit keeps the weights from the body to avoid pressure. D rings allow adjustment from small to large.
