Creatine PlusTM is unique in that it was the
first Creatine product to give you the accuracy and convenience of a
capsule. It is still the only Creatine supplement in a two phase pack
which provides the recommended 5 day loading dose of 20g per day and a 2
month maintenance dose combined with the fat eliminator chitosan.
Phase One - 125, 800mg pure HPLC Creatine monohydrate capsules.
Phase Two - 250, 800mg capsules containing 650mg HPLC Creatine and
150mg of chitosan.
Creatine PlusTM can be used with all other
bio-synergyTM products.
For optimum results take capsules with Pure NRGTM.

Recommended use
Days one to five:
Take Phase One only. 5
capsules should be taken 5 times per day until completion (25 in total per
day).
Day six onwards:
Take 4 capsules per day of Phase two. Training days
2 capsules before and after training. Non-training days 2 capsules before
lunch and dinner.
For optimum results, capsules should be taken with a carbohydrate
drink.
