Inter-CELL is the most effective Creatine Delivery
System, with 10grams of Creatine Monohydrate, 200mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid,
1000mg of Glutamine and other volumizing agents.
This formula is used for enhancing muscle strength, size and endurance.
The 62grams of Dextrose per serving is necessary for maximizing creatine
absorption, it also stimulates insulin which is the most anabolic hormone
in the body. Once insulin levels are raised it brings protein,
carbohydrates and Creatine Monohydrate molecules into muscle cells.
Available in Grape and Lemon Lime flavours.

Recommended use
Loading phase (first five days):
take two
servings daily, one upon awakening and another immediately after workout.
Maintenance phase:
take one serving after you workout, mix two
scoops with 10-12 ounces of water. After consumption drink an additional
6-8 ounces of water for better absorption.
Warning(s)
Maintain adequate hydration during the use of
Inter-CELL. Do not use if you suffer from diabetes or if you are
hypoglycemic.
Due to the acidity of Lipoic Acid, users may experience a
slight burning in the throat while consuming Inter-CELL.
Some users may
experience diarrhea, nausea and some tiredness. If you experience any of
these symptoms drink Inter-CELL slower.
If symptoms of sweating,
nervousness, trembling, faintness or palpitations occur, discontinue use
and consult a doctor.
