Athleten Gold Creatine DSF represents a scientifically
developed creatine delivery system. Studies have shown consumption of
creatine monohydrate, in accordance with a sound (fitness) exercise
program, has increased muscle volumization, resulting in increased
strength & endurance. Each serving of Creatine DSF provides the muscle
enhancing effects of 6 whopping grams of creatine, in addition to 2 grams
of L-Glutamine (which has been shown to increase muscle recovery time and
reduce muscle soreness) and 1.5 mg of Taurine which enhances protein
metabolism.* To prevent cellular breakdown, and increase antioxidant
levels, we have added 250 mg of vitamin C plus 7.5 mg of vitamin B6 which
is essential to the maintenance of optimal amino acid levels. All of these
ingredients are combined in such a way to stimulate both the rapid &
slow consumption of glucose polymers. Setting the stage for optimal
insulin delivery & absorption, just what working muscles need and
require, Creatine DSF.

Other ingredients
Glucose polymers (Dextrose/Maltodextrin),

Recommended use
Take one serving twice daily mixed with 6-8
